## **Facilitator (HRD) TMM**  

**Location:** Eastern Chrome Mines, Technical Support Services – Limpopo, South Africa

We are seeking a passionate and skilled Facilitator (HRD) TMM to join our team. Reporting to the Business Partner (HRD) Mining, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality theoretical and practical training, ensuring compliance with safety, health, environment, and community (HSEC) systems, and implementing company policies and legal requirements.

### **Key Responsibilities**

- Facilitate and assess training programs to ensure top-quality outcomes.  

- Present theoretical and practical training sessions at the training center.  

- Adhere to and promote compliance with Glencore’s HSEC systems.  

- Implement management decisions, legal requirements, and company policies effectively.

### **What You’ll Need to Succeed**

To excel in this role, you must meet the following criteria:  

- **Educational Qualifications:**  

  - Grade 12 certificate.  

  - Relevant formal training qualifications (Assessor/Facilitator certificate or Train the Trainer certificate).  

- **Experience:**  

  - At least two years of technical experience and competency as a TMM Operator (Bolter, Drill Rig, LHD, UV, Scaler).  

  - Previous experience as a Facilitator within the mining industry will be advantageous.  

- **Skills:**  

  - Proficiency in English (written and verbal communication).  

  - Strong computer literacy skills.  

  - Valid driver’s license.
