### What You’ll Do as a Store Manager  

- **Drive Turnover:** Achieve and exceed sales targets.  

- **Expense Control:** Manage store budgets effectively.  

- **Stock Loss Management:** Minimize shrinkage and ensure alignment with company standards.  

- **People Management:** Oversee recruitment, employee development, performance management, and team engagement.  

- **Merchandising Excellence:** Execute in-store merchandising strategies to ensure brand standards.  

- **Customer Satisfaction:** Deliver exceptional service aligned with our customer-centric strategy.  

### What We’re Looking For  

#### **Qualifications:**  

- Matric certificate.  

- Minimum of 3 years’ retail experience, with at least 1 year in a leadership role.
