### **Minimum Requirements:**  

To qualify for this role, candidates must meet the following criteria:  

- **Education:** Grade 10/12 qualification.  

- **Experience:** At least 2 years of experience operating bulldozers in an open-pit mine.  

- **Certifications:**  

  - Operator Competency Certificate (original).  

  - Valid Namibian ID.  

  - Valid Driver's License.  

  - Code of Conduct Certificate (not older than 6 months).  

- **Skills:** Ability to understand and apply verbal and written instructions in English.  

- **References:** Contactable references are mandatory.  

- **Accommodation:** Must have own accommodation in Oranjemund.  

### **Key Responsibilities:**  

As a Dozer Operator at Lewcor, your primary responsibilities will include:  

- Operating bulldozers to grade, level, and clear surfaces in mining areas.  

- Pushing materials to create access roads and clear debris.  

- Documenting daily operational activities and machine maintenance schedules.  

- Ensuring visibility of worksites and maintaining a safe operating environment.  

- Participating in regular machine servicing and assisting technicians as needed.
