### **Key Requirements**  

To qualify for this role, you must meet the following criteria:  

- **Education:** Grade 10/12.  

- **Experience:** Minimum of 2 years in open-pit mining.  

- **Competency:** Operator Competency Certificate (original).  

- **Documentation:** Namibian ID, valid driver’s license, and valid Code of Conduct (not older than 6 months).  

- **Skills:** Ability to understand and follow written and verbal safety-related instructions in English.  

- **References:** Contactable references.  

- **Accommodation:** Must have own accommodation.

### **Key Responsibilities**  

As a **CAT RHT777 Operator**, your duties will include:  

1. **Equipment Operation:** Safely and efficiently operate CAT RHT777 trucks to transport materials within the mining site.  

2. **Daily Equipment Checks:** Conduct routine inspections before and after shifts to ensure the truck is in excellent working condition.  

3. **Safety Compliance:** Strictly adhere to all safety protocols to maintain a safe work environment.  

4. **Load Management:** Properly secure and balance loads to prevent spillage or equipment damage.  

5. **Documentation:** Maintain accurate records of transported loads, maintenance needs, and any operational issues.
