### **Key Requirements**  

To be eligible for this position, you must meet the following criteria:  

- **Education:** Grade 10/12  

- **Experience:** At least 2 years of experience in an open-pit mining environment.  

- **Certifications:** Operator Competency Certificate (original).  

- **Language Skills:** Ability to understand and apply verbal and written work and safety-related instructions in English.  

- **Documentation:**  

  - Valid Namibian ID.  

  - Valid Driver's License.  

  - Valid Code of Conduct (not older than 6 months).  

- **References:** Contactable references.  

- **Accommodation:** Must have own accommodation.

### **Key Responsibilities**  

As an ADT Operator, your daily responsibilities will include:  

- Operating articulated dump trucks (ADTs) to transport materials within the mining site.  

- Performing daily vehicle inspections, including checks on fluid levels, tire pressure, and brake systems.  

- Safely loading and unloading materials while ensuring proper weight distribution.  

- Maintaining constant communication with supervisors and fellow operators to ensure seamless operations.  

- Accurately logging daily work activities and material movements.
