## **Job Summary**
As a Relationship Executive, you will focus on optimizing the profitability and economic value of portfolios for Growth Business clients. These clients require medium to high-complexity commercial banking services. Your role will involve:
- **Origination:** Acquiring new clients.
- **Cross-Selling:** Offering Absa’s comprehensive solutions to existing clients.
- **Coverage:** Providing exceptional service to clients, aligned with the Segment Customer Value Proposition (CVP).

### **1. New Business Origination**
- Develop short-term tactical plans to meet annual budgets and targets (6-12 months).
- Identify and source new commercial relationships through client referrals, internal networks, and collaboration within Absa Group.
- Achieve personal targets for new and existing clients, focusing on transactional banking, credit, and foreign exchange (FX).
### **2. Client Relationship Management**
- Maintain regular contact with clients in your portfolio through structured meetings.
- Conduct annual credit reviews to assess clients' financial health, collaborating with regional teams.
- Act as the primary liaison for client banking and credit queries, ensuring efficient resolution.
### **3. Governance and Compliance**
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards, Know Your Customer (KYC) protocols, and product delivery guidelines.
- Align actions with Absa’s Front Office manual and global standards of client service.
