### **About the Role**  

As a Sales & Account Team Lead, you’ll play a pivotal role in driving performance within a sales team to achieve and exceed acquisition targets. Reporting to the Marketplace Sales Manager, you’ll collaborate with key stakeholders to create and execute strategic roadmaps, optimize sales processes, and manage a high-performing team.  


### **Key Responsibilities**  

- Lead a sales team to meet and exceed acquisition targets.  

- Develop and execute strategic acquisition plans for various categories.  

- Ensure accurate and complete sales data by monitoring processes.  

- Create dashboards to track productivity metrics and drive performance.  

- Identify inefficiencies and implement solutions to optimize processes.  

- Collaborate with the Marketplace Sales Manager to align team goals with business targets.  

- Train and onboard new Sales & Account Managers.  

- Develop growth plans for strategic sellers and support their success.  


### **Qualifications & Experience**  

- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent tertiary qualification.  

- Minimum 5 years of experience in a sales environment, with at least 3 years in management.  

- Proven experience leading a sales team and managing processes or projects.  

- Familiarity with CRM platforms like Salesforce.  

- E-commerce experience is advantageous but not mandatory.
