### **Program Overview**  

- **Duration:** 3 years  

- **Qualification:** SAQA-accredited Artisan Trade Test (Automotive Electrician or Diesel Mechanic)

### **Eligibility Criteria**  

To apply, candidates must meet the following requirements:  

- **Education:**  

  - Minimum Grade 12 or N2 qualification with Mathematics, Physical Science, a relevant trade theory subject, and any fourth subject.  

- **Career Interest:**  

  - A genuine desire to pursue a career as an **Automotive Electrician** or **Diesel Mechanic**.  

- **Experience:**  

  - Prior experience in a technical or mechanical environment is a strong advantage (even part-time or freelance experience).  

### **Conditions of Employment**  

Successful applicants will sign a **three-year apprenticeship contract** with Putco. The program requires full commitment and will involve periodic assessments to ensure progress and readiness for the trade test.
