#### **Key Responsibilities**  

- **Strategic Alignment:** Support the Head of Africa Regions and Offshore Brand and Marketing to ensure alignment with overarching brand strategies.  

- **Operational Excellence:** Plan and execute marketing operations in collaboration with Africa Regions and Offshore leadership teams.  

- **Center of Excellence:** Provide expertise, advice, and support to country marketing teams, enabling them to meet objectives.  

- **Innovation & Integration:** Identify and implement new work streams that positively impact both internal and external customers.  

- **Collaboration:** Foster shared learnings across regions to enhance performance and drive strategic initiatives.

#### **Qualifications & Experience**  

- **Education:**  

  - A first- or postgraduate degree in Marketing, Commerce, or a related Business Science field.  

- **Experience:**  

  - 5–7 years in Marketing and Communications with a deep understanding of the entire brand and marketing value chain.  

  - 1–2 years of Production Management Operations or Manufacturing Operations experience.
