## **Eligibility Criteria**  

To qualify for this learnership, you must meet the following requirements:  

1. **Citizenship:** South African citizen with a valid ID.  

2. **Age:** Between 16 and 35 years old.  

3. **Education:**  

   - Completed school, college, or other training.  

   - Hold a **National Senior Certificate (Matric)** or a **National Certificate: Vocational**.  

4. **Skills:**  

   - Computer literacy may be required.  

5. **Learnership Agreement:**  

   - Agree to a contract outlining the rights and responsibilities of all parties.  

6. **Employment Contract:**  

   - Valid only for the learnership duration.

A learnership is a work-based learning program leading to an **NQF-registered qualification**, managed by Sector Education and Training Authorities (SETAs). It combines practical work experience with structured learning, making it an excellent pathway to career advancement.

As an ECD learner, your duties will include:

   - Create plans for delivering effective ECD services.

### **4. Assessing Learning Outcomes:**
