## **Key Responsibilities**  

As a Junior Sales Executive, your role will include:  

- Achieving factory and company sales targets.  

- Maximizing sales and profitability for machines and products.  

- Processing quotes accurately and ensuring timely delivery.  

- Actively seeking new customers and maintaining a customer database.  

- Managing optimum stock levels of vehicles.  

- Controlling costs and ensuring compliance with franchise operating standards.  

- Assisting in business development to meet performance objectives.  

- Meeting profit targets while controlling expenses per budget.

## **Minimum Requirements**  

### **Education & Skills:**  

- Grade 12 qualification.  

- Proficiency in MS Office applications.  

- Relevant courses in Construction Equipment or Truck Sales.  

- Namibian citizenship.  

- Valid driver's license (Code CE preferred).  

### **Experience:**  

- Proven sales and marketing experience in the construction industry.  

- Knowledge of tender submissions.  

- Familiarity with Transolve, weight distribution, cost calculations, and road traffic regulations.  

### **Competencies:**  

- In-depth knowledge of construction equipment specifications.  

- Ability to work under pressure while staying motivated and dynamic.  

- Strong organizational and time-management skills.  

- Structured sales administration experience and customer service excellence.  

- Advanced financial and analytical skills.

## **Additional Requirements**  

- Adherence to company policies and a willingness to undergo training.  

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.  

- Team-oriented personality with an outgoing attitude.  

- Willingness to travel and work outside regular hours.  

- Positive assessments by CASE CE and a compliance certificate from Nampol.
