## **Key Responsibilities**  

As a Delivery Team Assistant, you’ll play a critical role in ensuring orders are delivered seamlessly by:  

- Providing timely, accurate, and professional customer service for TDT stakeholders.  

- Resolving delivery issues by clarifying queries, identifying root causes, and taking corrective action.  

- Managing delivery expectations for branches and customers.  

- Ensuring escalated delivery cases are addressed and resolved daily.  

- Utilizing various software tools to find efficient resolutions.  

- Offering inbound and outbound telephonic support to TDT branches for customer service queries.  

- Rescheduling failed deliveries by coordinating with customers and branches.  

- Logging complaints related to branch operations, such as driver conduct.  

- Creating replacement orders for lost or damaged parcels.  

- Investigating escalated customer service issues in real time and providing feedback to enhance customer experience.  

- Identifying gaps and suggesting improvements in the delivery network.

## **Requirements**
