## **Key Responsibilities and Requirements**  

**Minimum Requirements:**  

- Grade 12 (Matric)  

- A valid driver’s license (advantageous)  

- Basic computer literacy (advantageous)  

- Previous experience in a pathology environment (advantageous)  

**Key Skills and Competencies:**  

- Client-focused with exceptional attention to detail  

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills  

- Ability to work effectively under pressure, independently, and as part of a team  

- Positive attitude and flexible work style  

- Fluent in English with an understanding of Afrikaans  

- Availability to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays

- High ethical standards and integrity  

- Strong initiative and accountability  

- Proven track record of technical and behavioral competencies
