**Position Available: Afrikaans FAL Teacher (Grades 9-12)**

### **Key Requirements:**

- **Relevant Teaching Qualification**  

  A teaching qualification in Afrikaans is essential.

- **SACE Registration**  

  You must be a registered teacher with the South African Council for Educators (SACE).

- **EST OPTIMUM SUI**  

  An essential requirement for all educators to ensure optimal teaching standards.

- **Experience Teaching IEB Matric**  

  Previous experience in teaching Afrikaans as a First Additional Language (FAL) for IEB matric classes is highly desirable.

- **Strong Tech Skills**  

  Proficiency in Google Level 1 or equivalent is preferred, as we integrate technology into our teaching methods.

- **Professionalism & Emotional Intelligence**  

  We value a professional attitude and strong interpersonal skills that promote positive relationships with students, colleagues, and parents.

- **Excellent Communication & Organisational Abilities**  

  Clear communication and effective organisational skills are vital in this role.

- **Initiative, High Energy & Team Spirit**  

  We are looking for educators who bring enthusiasm and a collaborative mindset to their work.

- **Relevant References**  

  You will need to provide references that reflect your teaching abilities and professionalism.
