## **What We’re Looking For**  

### **Minimum Qualifications**  

- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.  

- At least **2 years of experience** in accounting, bookkeeping, or administrative roles.  

### **Key Skills**  

- Proficiency in accounting tools like **Xero**.  

- Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.  

- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.  

- Language: Fluent in **English** (Afrikaans is a plus).  

### **Personal Attributes**  

- Self-motivated and proactive.  

- Capable of working independently and meeting deadlines.
