## **Job Title:** HR Officer  


### **Key Responsibilities**  

As an HR Officer, you will:  

- **Recruitment and Onboarding:**  

   - Manage recruitment processes, ensuring timely hiring of qualified candidates.  

   - Oversee onboarding to ensure seamless integration for new hires.  

- **Performance Management & Learning and Development:**  

   - Support performance reviews and identify learning and development needs.  

   - Coordinate employee development initiatives, succession planning, and training effectiveness evaluations.  

- **Employee Wellness:**  

   - Plan and execute wellness programs to promote engagement and health.  

   - Track participation and satisfaction through feedback.  

- **HR Data and Compliance:**  

   - Maintain accurate HR systems (e.g., HRIS, LaborNet) and ensure compliance with labor laws.  

   - Compile, analyze, and report HR data for audits and statutory requirements (e.g., WSP, EE reports).  


### **Skills and Qualifications**  

- **Education:**  

   - Degree in Human Resource Management or Industrial Psychology.  

   - A postgraduate qualification is advantageous.  

- **Experience:**  

   - 3–5 years of relevant HR experience, particularly in learning and development, HRIS maintenance, and performance management.  

   - Knowledge of LaborNet modules and statutory reporting processes.  

- **Core Competencies:**  

   - Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and communication skills.  

   - Ability to multitask, self-manage, and build professional relationships.  

   - Advanced Excel skills and a passion for creating a supportive work environment.
