- **Monthly Stipend:** R5,500.00 CTC (adjusted monthly)  

- **Duration:** 7 months (performance-based assessments)  

- **Start Date:** 13 January 2025  

- **Type:** In-office position  

## Key Responsibilities  

As a Client Services Learner, your primary duties will include:  

- **Client Support:** Providing telephonic, onsite, and remote support for both software and hardware.  

- **System Maintenance:** Handling call-outs for enrollments and swap-outs.  

- **Email and Courtesy Support:** Assisting clients via email and making courtesy calls.  

- **Account Management:** Setting up accounts and scheduling for clients.  

- **Administrative Support:** Assisting with technical, training, bookings, and sales administration.  

## What We’re Looking For  

To thrive in this role, you’ll need the following skills and qualifications:  

- **Computer Literacy:** A must-have for managing technical tasks and client interactions.  

- **Communication Skills:** Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential.  

- **Motivation:** Self-driven with a proactive attitude.  

- **Qualifications:** Matric certificate.  

- **Bonus:** A valid driver’s license is advantageous.
