Ashton John’s School is looking for a qualified and passionate **English & Afrikaans teacher** for Grades 5-7. If you're an experienced educator with a love for teaching, this is a fantastic opportunity to join our school for a stand-in position.


**Position Details:**


- **Position Title:** Stand-in English & Afrikaans Teacher (Grade 5-7)

- **Duration:** 15 January 2025 - 25 March 2025

- **Subject Areas:** English & Afrikaans

**Key Requirements:**


- **Educational Qualifications:**  

  - A **BEd Degree** or **Bachelor’s Degree** with the relevant **PGCE** (Postgraduate Certificate in Education).

  

- **Registration:**  

  - Must be **SACE** (South African Council for Educators) registered.


- **Experience:**  

  - A minimum of **2 years teaching experience** in a relevant grade (Grade 5-7).
