## **Job Requirements**  

To be considered for this role, you must meet the following criteria:  

- **Qualifications**: SAGMA or GMF Accredited Qualification.  

- **Experience**: Minimum of 3 years’ experience as a Miller, specifically with white maize.  

- **Knowledge**: Experience in working with full-spectrum grain (advantageous).  

- **Other Essentials**:  

  - Valid RSA driver’s license.  

  - Reliable own transport.  

## **Key Responsibilities**  

In this role, you will ensure the optimal performance of milling machinery and processes. Key responsibilities include:  

- **Process Control**: Monitoring and optimizing production efficiency.  

- **Storage Control**: Ensuring proper handling and storage of grains.  

- **Quality Control**: Maintaining product quality standards.  

- **Maintenance**: Conducting routine machinery checks and maintenance.  

- **People Management**: Training, supervising, and managing staff.  

## **Abilities, Competencies, and Knowledge**  

The ideal candidate will exhibit:

- Ability to train and supervise staff effectively.  

- In-depth understanding of OHSA, ISO, and HACCP systems.
