## **Key Responsibilities**  

- **Team Management**: Supervise workshop employees and assign duties to maximize productivity.  

- **Operations Oversight**: Ensure all repairs and maintenance are completed within deadlines.  

- **Record Management**: Maintain accurate and detailed service records for all vehicles.  

- **Stock and Cleanliness**: Oversee stock-taking processes and ensure a clean, organized workspace.  

- **SHEQ Compliance**: Ensure adherence to Safety, Health, Environment, and Quality (SHEQ) standards.

## **Requirements**  

To succeed in this role, you must meet the following criteria:  

- **Experience**: Minimum of 3 years in transport and logistics.  

- **Technical Expertise**: Advanced knowledge of diesel engine components and diagnostic skills.  

- **Qualifications**: Certified mechanic with relevant training certificates.  

- **Skills**:  

  - Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal abilities.
