CHoiCe Trust is a non-profit organization based in Limpopo, South Africa, dedicated to empowering children, households, and communities through capacity building, health, and social development programs.  


As part of the **DREAMS Family Strengthening** initiative under the **Children, Adolescents, and Families in HIV Epidemic (CAFHE)** project, CHoiCe Trust is seeking **14 passionate and qualified Let’s Talk Facilitators**. This role focuses on implementing training sessions designed to strengthen families affected by HIV/AIDS in Capricorn and Mopani Districts.

## Role Overview  

The Let’s Talk Facilitator will:  

- Conduct training sessions as part of the **DREAMS Family Strengthening Program.**  

- Identify and recruit beneficiaries for the program.  

- Coordinate logistics for successful training implementation.  

- Facilitate high-quality group sessions.  

- Gather data, prepare reports, and follow up with beneficiaries.

## Minimum Requirements  

To excel in this role, candidates should meet the following criteria:  


### Qualifications:  

- **Matric Certificate** (essential).  

- **Preferred:** Certification in Community Care Work, Community Youth Care Work, or Social Auxiliary Work.  


### Experience:  

- Proven experience in HIV/AIDS community work, particularly with children and youth.  

- Demonstrated skills in facilitating group sessions.  


### Skills:  

- Strong knowledge of HIV and general health topics.  

- Excellent communication skills in **English, Sepedi, and Tsonga.**  

- Ability to write comprehensive reports in English.  

- Networking skills within the local health sector for stakeholder engagement.  

- Ability to travel throughout the subdistrict using public transport.

- Achieve project targets by ensuring program effectiveness.  

- Coordinate, prepare, and facilitate training sessions.  

- Provide referrals and follow up as needed.  

- Monitor program outcomes and prepare reports.  

- Offer general support to the CHoiCe Trust team.
