**Position:** Farm Manager  

**Location:** Bloemfontein Area

### Key Responsibilities:

As a Farm Manager, your primary duties will include:

- **Day-to-Day Operations Management:** Oversee and manage all daily farming activities to ensure smooth and efficient operations.

- **Cattle Management:** Manage and care for livestock, including herd health, feeding, and breeding practices.

- **Crop and Irrigation Management:** Supervise the planting and cultivation of corn and other crops, as well as the maintenance and operation of irrigation systems.

- **Farm Equipment Maintenance:** Ensure the upkeep and repair of farm equipment, including machinery and tools.

- **Fire Management and Prevention:** Implement and manage fire safety measures to prevent and control fires on the farm.

- **Additional Duties:** Other tasks as required by the farm management team.

### Required Qualifications and Skills:

- **Experience:** At least 5 years of experience in farm management or similar roles, with a focus on mechanical skills.

- **Personal Attributes:** The ideal candidate will possess a high degree of **cleanliness** and **honesty**.

- **Technical Expertise:** Strong understanding of farm machinery, irrigation systems, and cattle management.
