Pomona Juice Traders is currently hiring for a **Debtors and Creditors** position based at our offices located at **69 Pomona Road, Pomona, Kempton Park**. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking for a half-day role with responsibilities in both managing customer accounts and handling supplier payments.

### **Key Responsibilities:**

- **Manage Customer Accounts:**  

  Oversee and maintain a portfolio of customer accounts, ensuring all debt records are accurate and up-to-date.

- **Invoice Monitoring & Reminders:**  

  Track outstanding invoices and send timely reminders to clients for overdue payments, helping to ensure the smooth collection of debts.

- **Payment Processing & Receipts:**  

  Process customer payments, issue receipts, and update accounts accordingly to maintain accurate records.

- **Billing Discrepancy Resolution:**  

  Assist in resolving any billing discrepancies or disputes, ensuring customer satisfaction and clear communication.

- **Account Reconciliation:**  

  Regularly reconcile customer accounts to ensure accuracy and promptly resolve any discrepancies.

- **Accounts Payable Management:**  

  Manage the accounts payable process, ensuring supplier invoices are verified, processed, and paid in accordance with agreed terms.

- **Supplier Invoice Verification:**  

  Ensure that all supplier invoices are complete, accurate, and in line with the agreed-upon terms.

- **Timely Supplier Payments:**  

  Prepare and process payments to suppliers in a timely manner, maintaining strong supplier relationships.

- **Supplier Statement Reconciliation:**  

  Reconcile supplier statements with accounts payable records and resolve any discrepancies.

- **Accurate Record-Keeping:**  

  Maintain detailed records of all payables transactions, ensuring proper documentation for audit purposes.

### **Requirements:**

- Previous experience in debtors and creditors management is preferred.

- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

- Ability to resolve disputes and discrepancies effectively.

- Excellent communication and time management skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
