### **Job Requirements**
To be considered for this position, applicants must possess:
- **Qualification:** Diploma or NQF Level 4 in Child and Youth Care.
- **Experience:** At least one year of experience working in child and youth care.
- **Knowledge:**
- Familiarity with the **Minimum Norms and Standards for Child and Youth Care Centres**.
- Thorough understanding of the **Children’s Act No. 38 of 2005** and relevant legislation.
- **Registration:** Must be registered with the **South African Council for Social Service Professions (SACSSP)** or currently in the process of registration.
- **Clearance:** Form 30 clearance certificate.
- **Additional Skills:**
- Knowledge of Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) procedures.
- Flexibility to work shifts.
- Computer literacy (advantageous).

As a Child and Youth Care Worker, you will:
