### **Key Responsibilities:**  

- Managing stock control and handling administrative tasks efficiently.  

- Delivering excellent customer service and ensuring customer satisfaction.  

- Processing cash and card transactions with accuracy.  

- Utilizing social media platforms (TikTok, Facebook, Instagram) to promote the shop and engage customers.  

- Handling basic computer tasks using MS Word and MS Excel.

### **Requirements:**  

- **Experience:** Previous experience in a similar position is beneficial.  

- **Skills:**  

  - Strong administrative and stock control skills.  

  - Proficiency in MS Word and MS Excel.  

  - Familiarity with social media platforms for online promotions.  

- **Language:** Fluent in Afrikaans and English.  

- **Additional:**  

  - Must reside in or around Nelspruit.  

  - Valid driver’s license and own vehicle.  

  - Matric/Grade 12 qualification.  

  - Clean criminal record.  

- **Hours:**  

  - Weekdays: 08h00 – 17h00  

  - Alternate Saturdays: 08h00 – 13h00
