## **Position Overview**  

As the **Administration Controller**, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the store's operations run seamlessly. You'll support the store manager in stock control, administration, and customer engagement while upholding Relay Jeans' commitment to exceptional customer service.

### **Key Responsibilities**  

- **Stock & Administration**  

  - Assist the Store Manager with stock-taking and store administration.  

  - Monitor and analyze stock movement to maintain optimal inventory levels.  

  - Implement risk management procedures to mitigate stock losses and shrinkage.  


- **Reporting & Systems**  

  - Extract and analyze store reports on turnover and stock performance.  

  - Present findings and insights to the Store Manager.  

  - Organize and maintain efficient in-store filing systems.  


- **Cash Management & Security**  

  - Monitor and control cash or transactional activities to ensure compliance with processes.  

  - Uphold safety and security procedures in-store.  


- **Customer Experience**  

  - Process customer transactions via the retail system (POS).  

  - Identify customer needs through professional engagement and communication.  

  - Promote customer loyalty programs, such as cash rewards, to enhance satisfaction.  

  - Continuously improve customer experience and satisfaction.  


- **Sales & Merchandising**  

  - Work with the team to meet sales targets and implement store objectives.  

  - Stay updated with the latest fashion trends to advise customers effectively.  

  - Adhere to visual merchandising principles and maintain store housekeeping.  


- **Personal Development**  

  - Take initiative to develop selling skills and product knowledge.

### **Qualifications & Skills**  


#### **Minimum Requirements**  

- Grade 12 qualification.  

- At least 3 years of experience in retail or administration.  


#### **Essential Skills**  

- Strong interest in fashion and retail.  

- Exceptional administrative abilities.  

- Proficient in computer systems and retail POS systems.  

- Effective communication and professional demeanor.  

- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.  

- Strong organizational and planning skills.
