### **Position Requirements**  

To qualify, applicants must meet the following criteria:  

- **PSIRA Grade C Certification** (mandatory).  

- **Grade 12 (Matric)** or equivalent.  

- **Exceptional Communication Skills** in both verbal and written English.  

- **Physically Fit** and able to meet the demands of mining security operations.  

- **First Aid Certification** (preferred).  

- **Willingness to Work Shifts** in a challenging environment.  

- Must **reside in Carolina** or be willing to relocate.

### **Key Responsibilities**  

Your duties will include:  

- Managing all aspects of **mining security operations** effectively.  

- Overseeing **physical security deployment** and site safety measures.  

- Ensuring compliance with the **Mine Health and Safety Act**.

Candidates must provide consent for the following:  

- **Integrity Testing** through a polygraph test.  

- **Credit and Criminal Background Checks**.  

- Verification of **previous employment history**.  

- **Substance Testing** for alcohol and other substances.
