# Front Desk Reception & Admin Clerk – Nelspruit SPCA Job Opportunity

**Are you passionate about animal welfare and possess strong administrative skills?** The Nelspruit SPCA is seeking a dedicated **Front Desk Reception & Admin Clerk** to join their team. Your role will directly support the important work of the SPCA, as proceeds from all goods sold go towards protecting and caring for animals in need.

## **Key Responsibilities**  

- **Front Office Management:** Handle the front desk and answer telephone calls professionally.  

- **Public Interaction:** Work with people to educate the public on animal welfare.  

- **Follow-Ups & Feedback:** Provide updates and maintain communication with stakeholders.  

- **Administrative Tasks:** Perform meticulous administrative duties and report writing.  

- **Cash Handling:** Manage cash transactions and petty cash effectively.  

- **Policy Adherence:** Ensure compliance with all policies and procedures.

## **Requirements**  

- Reside in/around **Nelspruit**.  

- **Language Proficiency:** Fluent in Afrikaans and English.  

- **Education:** Matric/Grade 12 certificate.  

- **Experience:** Strong administrative background with report writing skills.  

- **Driving:** Valid driver’s license and own vehicle.  

- **Other Requirements:**  

  - Clean criminal record.  

  - Ability to work efficiently under minimal supervision.

## **Working Hours**  

- **Weekdays:** 08h00 to 17h00.  

- **Alternate Saturdays:** 08h00 to 13h00.

## **Salary**  

- Basic salary is offered.
