### **Key Responsibilities**  

As the Financial Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the financial health of the company by managing budgeting, forecasting, analysis, and reporting. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring the financial goals align with the company’s long-term strategic objectives, while maintaining compliance with regulatory standards.


### **Minimum Requirements**  

To be considered for this position, candidates must meet the following qualifications:


- **Postgraduate Degree** in Finance or Accounting, with **CIMA**, **SAICA**, or another relevant professional certification.

- A **minimum of 3 years' experience** in financial management (post-training contract), with expertise in budgeting, forecasting, analysis, and reporting.

- Strong knowledge of **accounting principles**, **standards**, and **regulatory requirements**.

- Proven track record of success in **financial management** and **strategic planning**.

- Solid experience in **risk management**.

- **Advanced proficiency** in financial software, particularly **Excel**.

- A **valid driver’s license** and reliable transport.

- **Experience in the agricultural input sector** is beneficial but not mandatory.
