### **Eligibility Criteria**  

To qualify, applicants must meet the following requirements:  

1. **Age:** Between **18 and 34 years** old.  

2. **Educational Background:**  

   - Minimum Grade 10 pass or **NQF Level 2 equivalent** or higher.  

3. **Unemployed:**  

   - Must provide an affidavit confirming unemployment.  

4. **Not Enrolled in Studies:**  

   - Must NOT be studying at any institution (including College of Cape Town).  

5. **Computer Literacy:** Basic computer skills required.  

6. **Location Flexibility:**  

   - Ability to travel to the Gardens Skills Centre, Monday to Friday, from 08:00 AM to 16:00 PM.
