### **Key Requirements:**  

To qualify for this exciting role, you need to meet the following criteria:  

- **Education:** Minimum Grade 10 or 12.  

- **Experience:** At least 2 years in open-pit mining operations.  

- **Competency Certification:** Must hold an original Operator Competency Certificate.  

- **Identification:** Namibian ID.  

- **Driver’s License:** Valid and up-to-date.  

- **Code of Conduct:** Valid certificate, not older than 6 months.  

- **References:** Contactable references are essential.  

- **Accommodation:** Must have own accommodation in Oranjemund.  

- **Language Skills:** Ability to follow verbal and written safety-related instructions in English.

As a Grader Operator, your primary responsibilities will include:  

- Operating graders to level and maintain roads and surfaces within the mining area.  

- Ensuring precise blade alignment for effective grading and smoothing operations.

- Keeping roadways clear and accessible for vehicles and machinery.
