The YES (Youth Employment Service) Learner Programme is a 12-month initiative aimed at providing unemployed youth with hands-on experience, enhancing their skills, and increasing their employability. Whether you're passionate about marketing, business management, finance, IT, or supply chain management, this programme will give you the skills and exposure you need to take the next step in your career.

**Location: Durban, South Africa**

**What We’re Looking For:**

We’re seeking motivated, eager learners from a variety of fields to join our Durban Head Office. The ideal candidates should meet the following requirements:

**Educational Requirements:**

- Certificate, Diploma, or similar qualification in the following fields:

  - Marketing/Public Management

  - Automotive/Mechanical and related

  - Finance

  - Business Management

  - Administration (Admin)

  - IT

  - Environmental Health & Safety

  - Supply Chain Management

**Other Requirements:**

- Candidates must be **under 34 years old**.

- Preferably, no previous work experience.

- Applicants should have **never participated in the YES initiative** before.

**Skills We Value:**

- Strong **time management** abilities.

- Excellent **communication** and **interpersonal skills**.

- Ability to **identify problems** and offer practical solutions.

- Comfortable working in **high-pressure** environments.

- Strong **attention to detail** and organizational skills.
