### **Minimum Requirements**  

To excel in this role, you’ll need:  

1. **Education & Vehicle Requirements**  

   - A **Grade 12 certificate** (matric).  

   - **Own a roadworthy vehicle** with comprehensive insurance and third-party liability coverage.  

2. **Skills & Experience**  

   - Strong interpersonal, leadership, and communication skills.  

   - Proficiency in **problem-solving** and **conflict resolution**.  

   - A **customer-centric mindset** with a deep understanding of driver requirements.  

   - Experience in the **gig economy** or **on-demand service platforms** with a strong grasp of KPIs.  

   - Proficiency in using **Google Suite**, communication tools, and data manipulation in **MS Excel/Google Sheets**.  

3. **Flexibility**  

   - Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team.  

   - Availability to work **evenings or weekends** when required to meet driver schedules or client needs.
