## **Key Responsibilities**  

- Respond to customer inquiries via video call center services, instant messaging, and email.  

- Provide clear, accurate information about products, services, and company policies.  

- Communicate effectively using South African Sign Language (SASL) or other sign languages.  

- Maintain thorough records of customer interactions and transactions.  

- Work collaboratively with various departments to resolve complex customer issues.  

- Stay updated on company products and services for better customer support.  

- Participate in regular training sessions to enhance your skills.

## **Requirements**  

### **Minimum Requirements:**  

- Matric certificate or NQF Level 4 qualification.  

- Proficiency in South African Sign Language (SASL).  

- Excellent communication skills (written and signed).  

- A positive attitude with patience and empathy for assisting customers.  

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.  


### **Preferred Qualifications:**  

- Experience in customer service or call center environments.  

- Knowledge of video relay services (VRS) and communication technologies.  

- Familiarity with Deaf culture and previous work with the deaf and hard-of-hearing community.
