## **Job Description**  

As a **Client Services Consultant Intern**, you’ll play a key role in ensuring clients have a seamless and satisfying experience. From selling funeral policies to assisting with claims and resolving queries, your ability to connect with clients and handle their concerns will make you an essential part of the team.  

### **Key Responsibilities**  

- Record and process policy applications, amendments, and other tasks using the company’s CRM system.  

- Assist clients with inquiries, claims, and service-related problems, ensuring all queries are resolved efficiently.  

- Build strong client relationships by delivering top-notch service and ensuring customer satisfaction is at the heart of your decision-making.  

- Actively contribute to sales efforts by promoting funeral policies to prospective clients.

## **Requirements**  

We’re looking for candidates who are passionate about client service and meet the following criteria:  

- **Education:** Grade 12 with a relevant degree or a three-year National Diploma.  

- **Skills:** Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) is essential.  

- **Experience:** At least 1 year in a sales, marketing, or client-facing role.  

- **Knowledge:** Basic understanding of accounting principles will be beneficial.
