## **About CHoiCe Trust**  

CHoiCe Trust supports children, households, and communities in Limpopo with a mission to promote capacity building, sustainable practices, and community engagement. We focus on fostering meaningful change and delivering high-quality services.  


As a DREAMS Project Officer, you will support the implementation of "Let's Talk" training sessions as part of the DREAMS Family Strengthening Program under the Children, Adolescents, and Families in HIV Epidemic (CAFHE) activity. This role includes facilitating fieldworker performance, target monitoring, stakeholder engagement, data quality assurance, and logistical coordination.

## **Key Responsibilities**  

- **Programme Implementation**: Oversee and support the delivery of "Let's Talk" training sessions.  

- **Monitoring and Reporting**: Track targets, performance metrics, and data quality.  

- **Coordination and Support**: Assist facilitators, fieldworkers, and stakeholders in achieving program goals.  

- **General Support**: Provide administrative and logistical assistance to ensure efficient service delivery.

## **Required Qualifications and Skills**  

- A post-school qualification in social work or a related field (**Social Work degree preferred**).  

- Minimum of **3 years’ experience** in the development sector, focusing on social work or health.  

- Proven experience in supervising or coordinating teams to meet set targets.  

- Knowledge of intervention methodologies (**experience in "Let’s Talk" is advantageous**).  

- Excellent communication skills in English and local languages.  

- Proficient in report writing and computer literacy.  

- Valid driver’s license with the ability to travel independently.
