### **About the Role**  

As a **Finance Business Partner**, you will play a critical role in bridging the gap between operational performance and financial strategy. Your expertise will empower executives and department heads with the insights needed to drive business success.  

#### **Key Responsibilities:**  

- Partner with stakeholders to align financial performance with business strategy.  

- Provide insights through financial analysis, reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.  

- Lead financial modeling efforts to support decision-making.  

- Act as a trusted advisor, ensuring seamless communication between executives and the finance team.  

#### **What You’ll Bring:**  

- A **CA(SA)** or **CIMA qualification** is highly desirable, but equivalent experience with a completed finance degree is considered.  

- At least **3 years of experience** in financial management, including accounting, analysis, and forecasting.  

- Strong stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to interact at a senior level.
