### **Key Responsibilities**

As our On-Site Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in the design and execution of our carpentry projects. Your daily tasks will include:

- **Cupboard Design and Customization:** Utilize your design skills to create bespoke cupboard layouts tailored to client needs.

- **Cutting List Creation:** Develop precise cutting lists to ensure smooth and accurate execution of designs.

- **Project Management:** Oversee carpentry projects from start to finish, managing resources, timelines, and quality standards.

- **Quality Assurance:** Conduct thorough inspections to maintain high standards of workmanship and client satisfaction.

- **Client Communication:** Serve as the main point of contact for clients, providing updates, addressing concerns, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

- **Budget Management:** Efficiently manage project budgets, keeping costs within the planned range.

- **Problem Solving:** Quickly address and resolve any issues or challenges that arise during projects.

- **Team Coordination:** Collaborate with team members and subcontractors to ensure projects are completed efficiently and on time.

### **Requirements**

To be successful in this role, you should have:

- **Proven Carpentry Experience:** Minimum [X years] of experience in cupboard design and carpentry.

- **Expertise in Creating Cut Lists:** Skilled in developing accurate cut lists based on design plans.

- **Design Software Knowledge:** Experience with cupboard design software (e.g., SketchUp, AutoCAD) is a plus.

- **Driver’s License:** A valid driver’s license is required for travel to client sites.

- **Educational Background:** High school diploma or equivalent.

- **Strong Communication Skills:** Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

- **Attention to Detail:** Keen eye for detail, ensuring all projects meet our high standards.

- **Problem-Solving Abilities:** Ability to think on your feet and tackle unexpected challenges effectively.
