Purpose

To recruit a determined and self-discipline person who will ensure the team effort by delivering on sales achievement of the store.

Key Performance Areas

Main responsibilities include but aren't limited to:

• Promote and sell prepaid mobile products, contracts, and other offered Telkom services to new and existing clients.

• Maintain sales processes compliance.

Grow, build, and maintain a loyal customer base.

• Conduct daily/weekly field activations to attract customers of the Telkom Products. • Ensure excellent customer experience and service in all customer interactions.

• Conform to the compliance and company systems procedures.

Qualifications and Experience

Senior certificate.

Proficiency in English and knowledge of computer literacy.

Candidates must have retail sales experience (1 - 2 years) preferably within telecom environment.

• Must reside in proximity of the mall.

Must be willing to work overtime and weekends.

• Ability to work in a team and thrive to meet set targets.
