### Purpose of the Job:

As the Senior HR Manager at Postbank, you will oversee the HR Operations function, focusing on embedding best practices within HR Business Partnering to align with Postbank’s strategic objectives. This role requires a hands-on leader to drive initiatives that shape and support a high-performing workforce and ensure efficient, future-focused HR operations.


### Key Responsibilities:


- **Strategic HR Operations:** Develop and execute an HR operations strategy that aligns with Postbank’s medium and long-term goals. Lead the operationalization of HR frameworks, standards, and policies.

  

- **People-Centric Leadership:** Design and manage a people-first approach using technology to streamline HR processes. Ensure the HR team delivers value-added services and maintains a high level of service excellence.


- **Collaboration:** Partner with other HR departments to deliver on people-related projects. Facilitate robust engagements with line managers on talent management, succession planning, and skill development aligned with Postbank’s roadmap.


- **Performance Management:** Drive the application of performance management policies and standards across the organization. Support team members through continuous training and development.


- **Team Development:** Lead, coach, and develop the HR team to foster engagement, accountability, and high performance.


- **Stakeholder Engagement:** Build strategic relationships and engage consistently with internal and external stakeholders for efficient HR services.


- **Risk Management:** Oversee and evaluate HR risks, ensuring adherence to best practices and governance requirements.


- **Financial Oversight:** Manage the HR budget, track expenditures, and drive efficiencies while ensuring timely approvals and alignment with financial objectives.
