### Key Responsibilities

As Vice Principal, you will play a critical role in shaping Laduma Academy's educational standards and fostering partnerships. This role will involve responsibilities such as:

- **Leadership and Strategy Development:** Driving organizational success through strategic leadership.

- **Retail Operations and Training:** Utilizing your experience in retail to guide students and staff in relevant, industry-specific skills.

- **Business Development:** Leveraging opportunities for institutional growth, including securing learnerships, bursaries, and other funding sources.

### Essential Requirements

To qualify for the Vice Principal role, candidates must meet the following criteria:

1. **Educational Leadership Experience**: Prior teaching experience is advantageous.

2. **Relevant Qualifications**: 

   - Assessor Qualification

   - Moderator Qualification

3. **Sector Expertise**:

   - Experience with W&RSETA (Wholesale and Retail Sector Education and Training Authority)

   - Familiarity with OCTO systems

   - Thorough understanding of retail operations

4. **Leadership Skills**: Demonstrated ability in a leadership role, with effective team and project management.

5. **Degree Holder**: A Bachelor’s degree is required.

6. **Business Development Acumen**: Knowledge of learnerships, bursaries, and funding opportunities.
