- **Annual Evaluations:** Each year concludes with a Mini Trade Test (phase test) to assess your skills and progress. Successfully completing this will allow you to advance to the next phase.
- **Certification:** The final Trade Test leads to a nationally recognized qualification in fitting and turning, setting you up for a rewarding career.
*Note:* This is a fixed-term contract subject to renewal based on performance and progress.
