#### **Position: On-Site Manager - Carpentry**

**Key Responsibilities:**

- **Cupboard Design:** Utilize your creativity and technical skills to design bespoke cupboards that meet client specifications.

- **Project Management:** Oversee carpentry projects from conception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget.

- **Quality Assurance:** Maintain high standards of craftsmanship and quality control throughout the project lifecycle.

- **Client Communication:** Engage effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide regular updates on project progress.

- **Budget Management:** Manage project budgets effectively, ensuring cost efficiency and resource allocation.

- **Problem Solving:** Address and resolve unexpected challenges with strong problem-solving abilities.

- **Cutting Lists Creation:** Produce accurate cutting lists for cupboard production.

- **Software Proficiency:** Experience with cupboard design software is a plus.

**Qualifications:**

- Proven experience in carpentry, specifically in crafting cupboards.

- Valid driver’s license.

- High school diploma or equivalent.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
