### **Responsibilities of the Deputy Principal**

The Deputy Principal will play a key role in supporting the Principal and managing the secondary school operations effectively. This includes responsibilities in administration, curriculum management, and creating an engaging school culture.

#### **Qualifications Required:**

- **Educational Background:** Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in Education (B.Ed); an Honors degree is an added advantage.

- **SACE Registration:** Valid registration with the South African Council for Educators (SACE).

- **Curriculum Knowledge:** Strong knowledge of the CAPS curriculum.

- **Technology Proficiency:** Familiarity with D6 and SASAMS software, as well as advanced skills in Google Suite.

- **High School Specialization:** Expertise in senior secondary school education, with a focus on FET phase subjects.
