**The Role:**

We are seeking a Project Assistant who is passionate about making a difference through digital media. In this role, you will be working closely with our team to ensure that projects run smoothly and efficiently. You’ll be involved in organizing, coordinating, and assisting with various aspects of our projects, helping to bring each one to life from start to finish. Your organizational and problem-solving skills will be key to your success in this position.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Assist with day-to-day project management tasks

- Coordinate meetings and ensure all team members are aligned

- Track project progress and deadlines

- Maintain clear communication across all project stakeholders

- Assist in managing resources and ensuring projects stay within scope and budget

**Qualifications:**

- **Grade 12/Matric** (essential)

- A **tertiary qualification in project management, digital marketing, or communications** is advantageous

**Essential Knowledge and Experience:**

- **1-3 years’ experience** in project management or administrative roles is advantageous

- **Knowledge or understanding of project management or marketing** is a plus

- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills
