### Purpose of the Position:

The **Technical Advisor** will play a pivotal role in ensuring that NWK provides high-quality services to its client base, specializing in **precision farming equipment**. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing expert advice, installations, and ongoing support to customers in the agricultural sector.

### Key Responsibilities:

- Offer expert advice, marketing, and service support for new precision farming equipment.

- Oversee the installation and servicing of various precision farming technologies.

- Address client needs related to precision farming equipment, providing efficient solutions.

- Deliver exceptional customer service, resolving queries and technical issues.

- Conduct internal training and product-specific workshops for clients and operators.

- Provide ongoing support within the equipment segment to ensure seamless operation.

### Minimum Requirements:

- **Grade 12 Certificate** or equivalent.

- At least **three years** of technical consulting and marketing experience in precision farming equipment and support services.

### Recommended Qualifications and Skills:

- Knowledge of **TRIMBLE**, **New Holland PLM**, and other precision farming systems.

- Qualification as a **Diesel Mechanic** is highly recommended.

- Strong organizational and planning abilities.

- Customer-focused approach, with an eagerness to learn and adapt.

- Ability to work under pressure with a reliable, responsible attitude.
