### **Purpose of the Position**

As a **Parts Marketer** at NWK, your primary responsibility will be to oversee the sales and management of spares in the mechanisation section. You will play a crucial role in marketing, receiving, and selling parts, ensuring smooth stock control, calculating quotations, and performing various administrative and management tasks. The role also requires delivering excellent customer service, solving problems, and addressing customer queries effectively.

### **Key Responsibilities:**

- **Marketing, Receiving, and Sales of Spares:** Drive the sales of mechanisation parts while managing the intake and distribution of stock.

- **Stock Control:** Monitor and maintain accurate stock levels to ensure availability and order fulfillment.

- **Quotations:** Accurately calculate and generate quotations for parts.

- **Administrative and Management Tasks:** Handle various tasks related to inventory and customer service management.

- **Customer Service:** Provide high-quality customer support by addressing inquiries, solving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

### **Minimum Requirements:**

- **Grade 12 Certificate:** A completed secondary education is required.

- **Relevant Experience:** At least three (3) years of experience in a similar role.

- **Computer Literate:** Proficiency in using computer software and systems.

- **Knowledge of New Holland Parts:** Experience with New Holland parts is advantageous.

- **Language Skills:** Fully proficient in both **Afrikaans and English**.

### **Essential Skills:**

- **Customer-Oriented:** Ability to interact effectively with customers and understand their needs.

- **Excellent Communication Abilities:** Clear, concise, and professional communication skills.

- **Attention to Detail:** Ensure accuracy in quotations, stock control, and administrative tasks.
