### **Position Requirements**

To ensure high standards and safety, all applicants must meet the following criteria:

- **PSIRA Registration**: All candidates must be registered with PSIRA.

- **Firearm Competency**: Valid firearm competency certification for business purposes is required.

- **Driver’s License**: Required for positions that involve driving.

- **English Proficiency**: Ability to communicate effectively in English.

- **Experience**: Minimum of four years of experience in security for each field.

- **First Aid Certification**: First aid training certificate specific to guarding is essential.
