### **Position Overview: Factory Manager**

As the Factory Manager, you will oversee the complete production process to ensure efficiency, safety, and quality standards are met. This role is essential in maintaining Finstone SA's reputation for excellence in granite manufacturing.

### **Key Responsibilities**

- **Production Management:** Supervise and coordinate all production activities, including planning, scheduling, and quality control.

- **Warehouse and Inventory:** Manage warehouse operations, ensuring accurate receiving, inventory control, and material handling.

- **Team Leadership:** Oversee the hiring, training, and performance management of employees, fostering a productive and compliant work environment.

- **Health & Safety Compliance:** Ensure adherence to all health, safety, and regulatory standards to create a safe and efficient workplace.

- **Equipment and Maintenance:** Conduct routine checks on factory machinery, including forklifts, overhead cranes, and saw machinery, ensuring they are in top working condition.

### **Qualifications and Requirements**

- **Education:** Grade 12 (Matric) or equivalent.

- **Experience:** Minimum of 2 years of factory management experience in the granite industry is essential.

- **Technical Skills:** Valid certifications for operating forklifts, overhead cranes, and saw machinery. Proven knowledge in machinery maintenance.

- **Location:** Applicants should be based in Brits, South Africa.

- **Additional Requirements:** SA citizenship, a valid SA code 08 driver’s license, and reliable transportation.
