### Available Position: Book Sales and Marketing Internship (2 Positions)
This internship is designed for young, motivated individuals who want to gain hands-on experience in book sales, marketing strategies, and customer engagement. As part of our team, you’ll contribute to impactful projects, promote literature, and help make books accessible to a wider audience.

### **Key Responsibilities**
- **Develop Marketing Strategies:** Design and implement promotional plans for new book releases.
- **Expand Book Placement Opportunities:** Identify potential bookstores and retail outlets for stocking books and prepare proposals for expansion.
- **Create Engaging Social Media Content:** Assist in creating and scheduling social media campaigns to boost book visibility.
- **Conduct Market Research:** Stay updated on market trends and innovative marketing techniques within the book industry.
- **Engage with Customers:** Build relationships with readers, retailers, and other stakeholders.
- **Monitor Sales Metrics:** Track sales performance and analyze key metrics to optimize strategies.
### **What We’re Looking For**
To be eligible for this internship, applicants must meet the following criteria:
- **Educational Qualification:** Minimum NQF Level 6 in Sales Management, Marketing, or a related field.
- **Age Requirement:** Must be under 35 years old.
- **Residency:** Must reside in Thulamela.
- **Employment Status:** Unemployed and ready to commit full-time for the duration of the program.
- **Work Flexibility:** Willing to work 2 days in the office and 3 days from home each week.
